A Year of Community

Christmas 2025

Christmas 2025 was our most impactful supporter-driven project to date. Because of your generosity, more than 75 single mamas along the Front Range of Colorado and in Kansas City had beautifully wrapped gifts delivered straight to their front porch just days before Christmas. From tears of surprise to delivery volunteers being described as “angels,” these women felt deeply seen, loved, and remembered this Christmas — Thank You!!

Small Groups

Throughout the year, our 12 communities met over 115 times, enjoying food, Bible study, and fellowship - always with a great time for the kids as well! These groups that meet are central to Not Alone’s mission as single moms journey through everyday life together. Community is at the heart of everything Not Alone does.

The bottom left photo shows a group of women sitting around a table, making crafts and smiling, with a facilitator standing nearby. The bottom right photo captures a woman in a salon chair getting her hair styled or cut, indicating hair loss associated with chemotherapy.

Self Care Night & Events

While walking through everyday life together is essential, Not Alone also hosted a few fun events this year for single moms and their children to make special memories. The biggest event of the year is our annual self-care night, where mamas can be pampered and loved on with massages, facials, haircuts, and more special services.

Community is the “secret sauce” for growth; Leadership Development is the “jet fuel”

Not Alone Leaders

Something special happens when a mom is recognized for her potential leadership qualities.

Not Alone determined to invest heavily in our leadership team this year. In June, we held a leader retreat for encouragement and training; then launched a monthly leader community for continued development. We often say community brings about tremendous growth; leadership makes that growth exponential.

Every Not Alone community is rooted in and connected to a local church. We’d like to see every local church supporting single moms.

Absorbed SEEN Ministry

Absorbed the established SEEN ministry for single moms in Colorado Springs

Not Alone was unexpectedly asked to take over this ministry as it faced the possibility of closing its doors. Many of you stepped up to enable us to continue supporting those moms. Thank you!

Partnered with Colorado Christian University

Earning a college degree is the #1 thing a single mom can do to gain financial stability.

Moms who are part of a Not Alone community can receive a 20% discount towards their under-graduate degree through Colorado Christian University. Several moms are already taking advantage of this partnership!

Not Alone can do these things because of your support! We added three more communities than planned for this year, each costing about $5,000 each.

To end the year strong, we need to raise $15,000. Would you prayerfully consider helping us reach that goal?
